Andre, is a career licensed electrician with over 30yrs of experience both in and out of the union (local 134). Dre is known for his ability to design a job from end to end and to bring the customer's desire for their project to life in the most efficient manner possible. After working on major projects that can be found from one end of Chicago to another and starting his own business (Total Respect Electric) he met the Cook family while working on a job in New Buffalo and discovered an opportunity to move his operation to Michigan. Total Respect Electric was born out of Dre's passion to deliver expert service where respect is given and expected during every interaction. With that, New Buffalo Electric, Powered by Total Respect was born.

Vice President

Winston has been a licensed electrician for over 20 years. He is naturally gifted at troubleshooting and executes the work plan seamlessly. He can be trusted to figure out the most complicated installations quickly. Winston has worked on many major projects across Chicago and Indiana during his career. When he and Dre met years ago it was a partnership made over wire and they have been friends and partners since.

Chief Operating Officer

Cynthia is a 23yr electric utility professional with a passion for service and doing things right the first time. Her expertise lies in driving execution to get the job done while always thinking of customers first. When the opportunity to assume responsibility for New Buffalo Electric became available she did not hesitate to join the team. On most days you can find Cynthia organizing the office and talking with customers to ensure that expert service starts with the customer's call to New Buffalo Electric and continues until the job is done.
